Charter Prices for hire of ship
Prices for services are based on sailing hours, the waiting time and a start fee.
There are billed for a minimum of 4 hours of sailing, the starting amount is DKK 11.800, – for Bolatta, DKK 12.200, – for Suulut and DkK 12.600, – for Matta.
Rate per hour BOLATTA 2.950,-
Rate per hour SUULUT 3.050,-
Rate per hour MATTA 3.150,.
Waiting time per hour BOLATTA, SUULUT og MATTA 1.350,-
Cancellation due to weather is the Captain’s decision only. If the Captain cancels a sailing due to weather or any other reason, then any prepayment will be refunded 100%.
Supplement for winter navigation in the period 1st of November to 1st of April: DKK. 200,- per hour.
Conditions for cancellations
Cancellation due to weather is the Captain’s decision alone. If the Captain cancels a trip due to weather or any other reason, then any prepayment will be refunded 100%.
For cancellations by the passenger, the following rules apply:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days before the scheduled departure time will be refunded 100% of the prepaid amount.
- Cancellations received more than 14 days before the scheduled departure time will be reimbursed 87.5% of the prepaid amount.
- Cancellations received more than 48 hours before scheduled departure time will be refunded 50% of the prepaid amount.
- Cancellations received less than 48 hours before scheduled departure time will not be refunded the prepaid amount.
No show
On no show for the ship’s departure it will not be possible to refund the prepaid amount.
